A questão não é tanto ela estar desfazada da realidade. O problema é o mesmo caso o aborto não seja despenalizado: se a mulher praticasse um aborto como poderia o pai ser setenciado? Como se poderia provar que ele concordou com o aborto? A questão está em que é a mulher que decide o que fazer com aquilo que é o seu corpo. A lei não pode resolver todas as coisas - há alturas em que é a consciência que deve decidir por cada um.
